SUMMARY: Performs Summer maintenance to help with completing and/or facilitating summer construction. Clean, repair, and maintain assigned buildings, equipment, systems, and grounds in compliance with all safety, health, and District rules and regulations.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. WORK SHIFT: Custodians who work the summer shift will have hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm full time. Parttime hours will also fall within this range.

 

EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 18 years of age.

 

EXPERIENCE: No experience required, experience in general cleaning, chemical handling, and customer service preferred.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS: Valid Colorado driver’s license required for some positions. Safety and asbestos training required within 3 months after entering position. Criminal Background Check required for hire.
