Summary: The Accountability and Assessment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of local, state, and national assessments to ensure compliance with state expectation. Furthermore, the coordinator will ensure that assessment data is readily available for a variety of stakeholders in order to guide instructional decisions and will support stakeholders in using data to make informed decisions.

- Assist with the development of the district and school
- Provide student achievement reports and analysis for a variety of stakeholders including teachers, building administrators, central office administrators, the district leadership team, the Board of Education, families, and the community.
- Manage the data warehouse and visualization platform for user experience and data validity.
- Assist in leading an ongoing data-based decision-making culture across the district and schools that fosters continual refinement and equitable student achievement.
- Provide schools support with their Professional Learning Community processes.
- Coordinate compliance in all aspects of national, state and local
- Coordinate compliance with state accountability and accreditation requirements for school and district reporting, Unified Improvement Plans, and state literacy
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: MA in Administration/Leadership/Curriculum and Instruction.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience required. Previous school administrative/leadership experience preferred with demonstrated experience in instructional leadership and data-driven decision making.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS: Colorado Principal/Administrator’s License preferred.
